Organization is rejecting me on the basis of false requirement.

06-Jan-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I had applied for Management Trainee post under direct recruitment in the same PSU. I have intimated my department 13 days before closing date of apply and requested to issue NOC whenever required . I got selected in the written exam and on basis of my intimation, an NOC was issued stating that my department has no objection in my applying and appearing in GD and PI for the said exam. I had produced the NOC on the date of Document Verification. On basis of my NOC submission, I was allowed to appear in GD and PI. Now, in the main list, my name is missing. Even in the complete list my name is missing. From reliable sources, I came to know that I had secured 1st rank in the merit list. But, my candidature was rejected due to non-submission of proper NOC.

You may bring up this matter before the enquiry committee and the examining committee of the concerned department/PSU to which you have applied asking for suitable actions.
If they fails to give any response thereto or to take any action thereto then you can approach the competent court of jurisdiction.

Hi , will glad to help you. I have been dealing with these kind of cases. First of all, you should find out is it really true that you had secured first rank in interview, if that is true you should file a writ in High Court ASAP.

HI THIS IS VERY UNFORTUNATELY. YOUR CANDIDATURE CAN NOT BE REJECT ONLY ON THE BASIS NOC WAS NOT SUBMIT PROPERLY.U DO ONE THING.1 U COLLECT THE DOCUMENT WHICH SHOWS THAT U TOP THE MERITS.2 YOUR FIRST REPRESENTATION IN WHICH U CAN ASKED FOR NOC. YOUR CASE IS VERY STRONG AS PER VARIOUS JUDGEMENTS OF HON'BLE SUPREM COURT

You can file a RTI application to the concerned PSU asking them the reason for non-inclusion of your name in the final merit list or you can ask for your marks/rank in GD and PI. After obtaining these required information, you will then be in a position to take further action.
