Non payment of remuneration since October 2015 what can be done

I was appointed by the Karnataka State Board of Auqaf as auditor on fixed remuneration of Rs.12000/- per month during 2014. I was paid my remuneration till the end of September 2015. But since October 2015, neither I have received my remuneration nor any termination order. It is being said that I stand terminated but I have been attending office regularly and sending the copy of attendance extract to the Board for arranging payment of remuneration, but to no avail. Please assist me as to how can I proceed legally?
