LIC Temporary (85days) assistant class III Employees absorption

I worked in LIC as Temporary Assistant for 85 days in 1992 Aug,3rd to 26th October, 1992. Recently Honorable Supreme court has given the Judgement on 09.08.2016 for absorption . So the judgment can be applicable for the above cited period. Please Clarify. Thanks in Advance.
If you are working with LIC as a temporary workmen, then as per the such judgement the corporation has been directed to absorb you.
However, if you are not working with LIC and working in some other organization, then this judgement is not applicable.
