What is the importance of allowances like HRA, Special Allownace etc if you are a workman.what is legal importance of an allowance such as a special allowance for a workman or are such allowances given only to management and not workmen?
You will have to inquire into the nature of your employment for that purpose as being a workmen is not enough clear definition of your job. Although, Special Allowances like Dearness allowance, HRA etc are available to all employees.
