I have not received my full and final settlement since 5 months

I worked for a start-up company for 9 months it was my very 1st job after graduation and also served a notice period of 1 month. I had completed my notice period on 15/02/17. I was told that I will be getting my full and final settlement amount in the month of April , 2017 along with my pending salary , but I just got a mere amount of Rs. 3000/- in the month of April. Later when I started following up for my full and final settlement amount the Director of the company started ignoring me. Finally I decided to drop them a mail regarding this , they replied to me making some false allegations and told me that they wont be paying me the amount. Also, I had requested them to provide me with the salary slips and salary certificate but they have not even sent me that.
