I got appointment letter from govt company but court gave abeyance

I got a appointment letter from centeral govt company in 2014 bt some union members put a case against whole recruitment .court gave orders like put in abbeyence.now what i have to do i will get this job or not sir.what rights i have to fight pls help sir
If orders have been passed by the court to put the appointment into temporary suspension then only once a clean chit is given by the court on the recruitment process or the court withdraws the temporary suspension, then only you could be appointed on the post that you were selected for.
