How to tackle Mental harassment from Defense PSU Management ?

Hi, I am working in reputed defense PSU as technical staff. Due to my non-corrupt work and asking to stop malpractices, my next concerned executives united and stopped giving me work from long 3 years. They are keeping me idle. I am going on duty regularly and there is no any case of misconduct against me. Only the thing is I am asking question against malpractices and corruption under RTI. Question: Is it legally correct that if I am reporting regularly for duty but my next concerned executives are not deploying me on any work? Further due to not giving me work, I am idle for whole day seating on my table. It is mental harassment to me. What should I do for this?

so that you have to made representation to head of the department about the same through your superiors.are you getting salary regularly ?whats is your nature of duties? then after you can approach to controlling authority against your executives for restraining harrasament. you can also file police complaint or human right commission also.
