Government job not letting me rejoin after break what should i do now

Sir, i an head cleark pms callege malbar, jalpaiguri, west bengal from 1985 to today. But sir i am without pay from 2006 to 2016. Because i am not working from 2006 to 2011 for my illness. 2011 i applied for joining but callege not accepted, i submit fit certificate by doctor. Then i again applied for vrs again remainder 2014 but no responce upto date. I am without pay any socause or notice, but few days back send to me a socause but i refuse. So what should i do now?
Were you working as a clerk in a Govt. College or a Private College?
If you were working in a Govt. college then you may file a writ petition against your College regarding non-payment of salary since 2006-2016 as it is your right. during your illness period i.e. 2006 to 2011 were you ever put to notice regarding non-availability?
You should have received the Show cause notice and should have replied back to it which would had made your case stronger.
But as you have already sent the notice back the option you have now is to send a legal notice to begin with and to follow with may file a case before the Hon'ble Court.
