Employment on compassionate ground if minor at time of application

Respected sir My question is that ___my father died on 2011 when my age was 14.5 year. And my mother have applied for my job. And we completed entire procedure from our sight it takes about 3year . Everything was right . But on this year 2016 the head office informed us that as i was minor at that time(2011) the request for my job have been rejected So,pls inform me can i get the job by honourable high court???????????
you can file a petition before the hon'ble High court against this order passed by the office. if and so the court agrees that there has been discrepancy against you and you have been denied your rights you would be given the job as per rules.
