Employee signed agreement for one year can we terminate before 1 year

Hi i want to understand how to proceed to send legal notification to one of the employee who has defied the contract that he signed with us for an year?

Please take note of following -
1. You are required to consult to an advocate showcasing the details of the contract and the employees information.
2. Based on those information the advocate will send a legal notice on your behalf.
3. If the employee does not make a response to the notice or do not comply with the same then you may approach the court and can prosecute him for the breach of contract.

Any initiation of proceedings would purely depend on the terms of employment, whether the contract of employment provided for any restriction or embargo on the employee to leave the job within the lock in period of 1 year.
