Employee disobeying and not doing job asking for payment, advise

Hi I hired an emloyee, I run a Beauty services at home business , After appointing the employee I gave all the products to the employee so that she can operate it from home and directly visit customers house and serve , But after some days she started cancelling appointmnets and started giving reasons for the same, Now as I have asked her to return my products, she is threatening me of not giving the products back till full salary is not given to her .

As I can deduct you and employee never had any employment agreement, which makes the recovery of your good which were given by you to your employee. Thus, on the grounds of denial of the work you can fire her and force her to return the goods. If she denies then you may file and FIR against her or file a civil suit for that matter.
