Does HR need to issue notice of change of workplace location

Suppose a team , consisting of 6 workmen(defined under Industrial Disputes act 1947) and 3 managers are being transferred from one location to another location within the city, then do i as the company HR have to serve a notice of changes to the workmen?It is the same city and the full team is being transferred to other office
Yes you are required o issue the concerned employees regarding the transfer of their workplace.
