Demoted after boss changed. Is it legal? What action can i take?

I was working as a driver for continuous 13 years. There after they hired me as a Office assistant for 3 years. Now my boss changed and they asked me to be driver again, reduced my salary and increased working hours. No overtime was given after boss changed. What can i do now? Is it legal?
Approach the labour union in your area to have the matter mediate with your employer. If you are working in an industry, factory, establishment etc. then you may approach the labour courts.
This would depend largely on the type of employment that you are undergoing.
