Company terminated me when i was on medical leave what to do.

I was sick and on Medical Leave. There is a clear rule in IBM that they cannot terminate an employee on medical leave. However, I was terminate. I was hospitalized at that time Can you help? I have 100% evidence like hospitalization reports and medical certificates as well as the doctors names and phones who treated me

Dear client ,
U can definetely challenge ur termination in court of law. Infact u should challenge it. For detail advise I need to peruse ur appointment letter issued by the company as wellas som other service documents or policies of the company.
definitely ur medicsl certificates will help u for this.
