company owner has taken action physically. What to do?

I was working in QUATZAAR BPO SERVICE LTD. on 12 Oct 2015 I was unprofessional on call. I have said" mad women" to customer but unfortunately the company VP was barging my call and she understood I had said to her. she was owner's wife. owner came and slap me in face on the floor and abused me and mentally torcher me to ask me about my family. so come to fear I haven't take any action but now he haven't given my salary as well. I have a offer later and I card of that company as a proof. what can I do now?

To get salary you may move an application before Dy Labour Commissioner of the area under Delhi Shops And Establishments Act for passing an order against your employer directing him to pay your salary.
