Company not providing me salary what to do

My company varmora plastech india pvt. Ltd. is not provided me the March salary, also i have not even resigned from the company. Company people said collections are pending , First i will clear the payment then only they will give us the salary. I have a family, its not mention anywhere that i have to collection the payment then only they will clear the payment. I have a family, where i will go from now, also i am into corporate sales looking after north region.
You should send them a Legal Notice, calling upon them to clear your salary forthwith. If this fails to redress your grievance, approach the Labour Commissioner by way of making an application under section 33 (c) of the Industrial Disputes Act.
