Company not clearing pending dues what action can i take

15-Oct-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Sir, I have left my company just four month ago and joined a new company. I have some dues from my previous company like expense of one month, 20 days salary and gratuity amount. I have worked for six years in that company. I have given resignation mail to my previous company immediately joining my new company. After that I have given atleast 12 mails regarding my settlement issues. They did not replied to my single mail. Just once I talked with the HR Dept and they said that they will check the matter just. No response is coming till date. My previous company is in Bangalore and I was working at Kolkata Head Quarter for sales. I also live in Kolkata. So at that point of time what way I should take like should I wait for some time or go for a legal dispute. Kindly send me your valuable opinion.

MY OPINION THAT i have looking through your matter and i understand that you have serious trouble, and i think that when your previous company not cooperate with you after your resignation from that company was accepted, you should have taken legal steps immediately ,you have so many ways that you have claimed the outstanding dues form that company legal way,you contact with me.
