Company is threatening me to resign what can I do

My company is pressurizing me to resign from my job. My rating is 3.4 out of 5 and i haven't done anything wrong. The reason that i'm being given is that the role no longer exists. The HR has created so much pressure and keeps threatening me that if i don't resign, they'll terminate me. What can i do?
