Company harassing bond guarantors, what options do I have ?

30-Jan-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Hi Sir, I signed a bond for two years with my company with two guarantors. Now it is 10months, In this company I cannot see any growth in my career and cannot learn anything new. Still I thought to continue till bond expires. In December my father met with accident and I have to take care of him. I took leave almost 15 days. After that when I went to office our company director called me and said he is not happy with my work and they cannot run business like this, everyone will have problems. So, I kept a resignation mail. They did not respond anything to that and now that are sending notices to my guarantors signed on bond to pay 2lakhs,45000 for training and the salary what I have got till now. My question is will this guarantors face any issues because of this bond. Please let me know what are options I have now.

Pre mature Termination of Bond agreement is legally acceptable as a ground for asking bond amount as agreed at the time of signing of bond. In case of guarantors failed to pay amount they might face legal consequences
