can we file review if SLP dismissed in SC but question of law is open

Sir, we got Single judgement our favour, Govt. gone to Appeal High Court, Division bench given Govt. Appeal Dismissed, then Govt . Appeal to Supreme court, Now We got This judgement, (We find no reason to interfere with the Impugned Order. The Special Leave Petition is dismissed. However, the question of law is kept open). Please tell me any possibility go further appeal or review to govt. please explain me details of this judgement information.

There is no further recourse once the SLP filed by the government before the Supreme Court is dismissed. Technically, a curative petition can be filed in certain instanes however it is very doubtful that the government would do so and would succeed.
