Can a private company terminate employment because of my illness

I finished my college and got recruited by a famous Indian IT company.I have a health issue and requires periodic dialysis.The company advised all the new employees to take a medical blood test before joining.Is there any chance, for the company to cancel my job offer as they came to know about my illness.Is there any laws to prevent my job
Your terms in the private employment are governed by your employment contract. The private company has its own discretion to appoint you or not on the basis of your illness.
