Basic pay reduced after retirement affecting my pension. What to do?

I was a principal in Kendriya Vidyalay. I retired in 2007. After retirement they reduced my basic pay, Which affecting my pension. I filed a suit in CAT. The Judge did not read the content of the application. He gave judgment on the basis of the representation of the opposite lawyer. Again i filed the case in the High Court. High court passed judgment against me same as CAT. What should i do?
Your only recourse would be to challenge the decision of the High Court before the Supreme Court by way of a Special Leave Petition.
An appeal would only lie to the Suprme Court from an order of the High Court passed by a Division Bench of the High Court.
