90 days completed after resignation but F&F not done yet what to do

It has been almost 90 days since my last working day at my previous company. It has not done my F&F despite several email reminders. No explanation has been given for the delay. What action can I take?

Please take note of following -
1. You need to send them a legal notice asking for your Full and Final settlement and for your reliving as per the employment agreement which you have with yourself and your previous organization.
2. If they fails to respond to the notice or if they fails to make any proper response over that notice then you can approach to the competent court of jurisdiction for the same.

Have you given them your resignation with one month notice or as per your appointment letter? Pl. show your Appointment letter and resignation letter etc. Then it can be discussed and a notice can be sent to them.
