UGC Approval of deemed university for Visa Processing

I have joiined for be from rvd university,rajastan at distance education scheme.the year of study was 2008-2012 at that time it was ugc approved . now i am facing problem with foreign immigartion agency( aus embessy new delhi) stating its not approved by ugc. how can i convince the foreign immigration agency that it is approved by ugc at that particular year. i have already submitted the university credentials to the agency stil they are not conviced
The embassies are very particular about the courses persued in any university and their affiliation/approval by the UGC at that point of time. I believe initially a provisional approval is given in the year 2007-08 for this university for certain courses. Clarification need to be sought for your course. What is the recent query the embassy have raised?

You may try to get a letter from the University Registrar's Office explaining the situation that the University was previously recognized by UGC and when, how, and why the recognition was taken away. Also, ask them for documentation related to prior affiliation.
