Mere Tution teacher aur unki mother ko unhi k Ghar se unke bhaiyon ne nikal diya Ghar unki Maa k naam par hai aur Ab WO log saari property par kabza kr chuke hai kya karna chahiye
you need to file a police complaint against the son's immediately. as the property is in the name of the lady she is entitled to stay in the said property. she has the right to disown her son's from the property as well and also claim maintenance from her son's.

yadi man ke nam per property hai to koi kuchh nahi kar sakta , Hon'ble Sc ne kai nirnay diye hain ki Ma pita ki sampatti par unke jite ji kisi ka koi adhikar nahi ho sakta, yadi farji tarike se sampatti ko bechane ka prayas kiya jata hai hai to un par criminal case, FIR darj karayen.
