Will my father get his 1/7 share in the partition

27-Feb-2023 (In Family Law)
My father(Hindu) youngest of 5 brothers and 2 sisters .In 1973 the eldest brother aged about 27 bought a house in his name, but money was from my grandfather. All tax were paid in his name. In 1976 the eldest brother made a will to settle 1/7 share to his two younger brother ( not my father included).in the same will he has mentioned that " he has decided to give 1/7 share to each one of his younger brothers", but other two younger brother names have not been mention in the document. When my father approached for the share, he refuses, will my father get His 1/7 share . If I put a case will it win ?

the property currently is in whose name? is it still under the name of your grandfather? if yes that you can ask for your share and if not then you have no share in the said property as your uncle has executed a will and has not included your fathers name in it.
