Will account transfer by mother in law treated as dowry

My wife's mom transferred money to my account before marriage as dowry. Will this be a conviction in the court. If i say that it was given as gift in the court. Will it suffice. Secondly, i messaged my wife on whats app that i will marry another women bla bla if you dont come in ten days as she was staying since 5 months at her moms house. Will this be a conviction.
It amounts to dowry only in any form at the time of marriage. Pl.go for restitution of conjugal rights asking court to direct your wife to lead life with you. Conviction or acquittal is only after trial of case only we can say.
