Uncle not giving us share in grandmothers property my father dead

My grandmother has two sons and one daughter....one my father and another my uncle..I lost my father when I was 3 years old..my grandmother hates my mom, me and my sister..she don't want to give property to us...this tym she got paralyzed and Conditions are serious and my uncle want to distribute the property between his sister and him and he is not giving a single penny to my mom ..what should I do in this case....plz tell me so that I can get my rights
You should file case against your grandmother (if she alive) otherwise you should file case against your uncle.you have legal right for this property file property suit at your jurisdiction where you live

If the property that has to be to divided amongst you is the self acquired property of your grand mom, then she can take a decision to divide the same in between your uncle and bua alone. However, if the said property is ancestral property and belongs to your grandfather and forefathers, then a share of this property has to come to you and your family as well. File a partition suit asap.
