Senior Citizen harrassed physically & mentally by his sons. what to do

I am senior citizen 60+ and a Hindu / Sikh. I have been barred from entering my own house as well as my Ancestral House by my sons (along with my mother & wife as my sons tell me as everybody). I have nowhere to go and have taken shelter at a De-addiction center. I have warned by my elder son that in case I talk to my wife or my mother I would be booked in a De-addiction centre throughout my life. I want to live a peaceful life and have even offered my sons that I am willing to stay in an old age home provided they do not disturb my peace. Please help me by suggesting a suitable lawyer to represent me. I have even approached the local police but they are not willing to help me as they say it is a family matter. The situation has now come to this extent that my sons (Two) have started assaulting me physically. Pls help me. You are sincerely requested to contact on my e-mail id or SMS ONLY

Please do not worry. Your son can not stop you to enter in your house.they can not sent you to shelter home its their duty to maintain you. For this you can file a case in court . Also you can ask them to pay monthly amount to maintain your daily expenses. So dont wry. We are here to assist yoy.
