Husband forcing me to live with his elder brother's family

Hi, I married as per hindu marriage act. its been only few days and I started facing problem at my inlaws house. my husband is the third son of his parents. my husband do not have mother alive. The house is divided in three floors. Husband's first elder brother, his wife, children and father lives on first floor. Me and my husband lives on second floor. Husband's second elder brother, his wife and children's lives on the third floor. The food for me and my husband is being prepared by his badi bhabhi.I don't want my husband's badi bhabhi to prepare food for me and my husband as I myself sufficient to arrange food for ourselves. I believe that being wife its my responsibility to provide food to my husband and our future kids. on our floor the kitchen is also available and now I want to setup it completely so that I start preparing food for me, my husband, friends and relatives. I requested my husband to help me setup our own kitchen. but my husband refused completely. I m tensed now.
