DEAR MAM
YOU ARE IN VERY BAD SITUATION AND FOR THAT I AM REALLY VERY SORRY
NOW YOU DON'T HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION RATHER TO FILE A COMPLAINT CASE AGAINST YOUR IN-LAWS AND TO FILE A CIVIL SUIT TO STOP THEM TO SELL THE HOUSE.
AND FOR RIGHT OF YOUR DAUGHTER AND FOR YOURSELF YOUR ARE REQUIRED TO FIGHT AGAINST YOUR IN-LAWS AND THIS IS THE ONLY REMEDY LEFT TO YOU.

You should immediately move a petition in the court concerned under the provisions of the Domestic Violence Act, seeking appropriate reliefs. It is heartening that your husband is in your support. Please go ahead as per the advice.
