How can i claim for my share over father's property

Tehsil see 'legal heirship' certificate nikalwaiyee. Pitaji ke saare waarison ki details deni hongi aapko Tehsildaar ko aur uske basis wo inquiry karne ke baad ye certificate issue krenge. Is certificate ke proof ke sath daakhil khaarij ke liye apply karein.

If it is an ancestral property that is the property has been inherited by your father from his father then you can claim 1/3 share of the said property.however if the property is self acquired of your father then the same would not come in your name during the lifetime of your father. over the self acquired property your father absolute right to dispose the same as per his wish. For the ancestral property you can file Civil suit

वो जमीन अगर दादिलहि है अर्थात पूर्वजो की दी हुई तो वो आपको भी मिल जायेगी यदि आपके पापा ने अर्जित की है तो आपके पापा यदि चाहेंगे तो ही मिलेगी ।
परन्तु उनके बाद यदि वसीयत नही होगी तो सबमे आपकी बहन हुई उन्हें भी इक्वल मिलेगी
