Father in law threatening to file a case if I deny to get married
19-Aug-2023 (In Family Law)
I am an NTPC employee, I had agreed for marriage under the pressure of my parents and the two families accomplished ring ceremony at their house. But I started feeling depression over the issue & at last I called the girl's father and told him the issue. But he reacted and said I will file a case against you, send men to kill you and will ruin your life.
Hello Sir,
You can file a case against your father-in-law for threatening you in your nearest police station and prepare a list of things which you have taken from father-in-law for future use.
For more information you can call me.

You are advise to filed a criminal complaint against girl's father for threatening to kill and also issue a legal notice for handing over all the articles given at the time of ring ceremonies and close the issues due to his criminal act and irresponsible behaviour .

If you are terrified. You should marry with your fiancée. But if you have a courage to take your own call , then cancel the marriage. Her father might file a case against you, but you will get justice at the end. No one will ruin your life. All the best. Revert me.
