False allegation of sexual harassment by maid

My friend has hired a maid few months ago, her behavior was like friend with my friend. Once someone complained to her husband, he beaten up her and forced her to accept sexual relationship with my friend (now I am not sure whether she is also with her husband to support him). The maid's husband is threatening to my friend for filing a case for sexual harassment.... Please let me know how my friend can protect himself... he is avoiding to come in front of Police coz he don't want to make any news.
If your friend has not done anything, then you need worry and tell him to file a compliant wherein he should state the facts above and should also mention that maids husband is blackmailing your friend to implicate him in false case if he fails to pay some amount.
Hence file a case for extortion. Consult a local lawyer before filing a police complaint
