Domestic violence matter what to do

I am Ranjita kanojiya from Raipur, a hindu house wife. I want to do a complaint against my mother in law and sister in law. My sister in law is married and is staying in my In law's house and she telling me that it is her father's house not mine, so she will stay there not I. Her divorce case is going on. My father in law and mother in law is saying that they will not tell her anything because she is their daughter. If we have to stay there we should listen her and do whatever she tells,otherwise we should go anywhere else. Pls help.
