Clarification regarding Senior Citizen Act

My sister file dv against inlaws and husband she have 2kids but in laws file a case in senior citzen from there order recd to give possession of house to inlaws she never says them this is myhouse she says to stay together also file appeal against order but they want to evicted her from house
More details required to answer accurately,but if the property is in your, in laws name then they can evict your husband and you but not just you and children ,under Senior Citizen Act parents can file against major children and not just daughter in law.
