Claim on deceased father's property

My Father paid for flat to CGHS and died intestate, my mother took possession and sold the flat on the basis of nomination 15 years ago when I was 12. How can I claim my right on property now ?

Yes you can claim for your share as nominee is only a trustee to hold the assets of the deceased for the legal heirs of the property. Your mother can keep only her share and rest of other legal heirs can be claimed from her
