Can maintenance be claimed by step mother even though she remarried

22-May-2023 (In Family Law)
Earlier both the natural parent were died.I was looked after by legal guardian since childhood.Stepmother left me and remarried as soon as father's death but she hides the facts. To prove it I have voter id slip in which husband name appears against her name.Apart from this she has two daughters and one son with this wed lock I am unable to show as documentary proof. In above situation how can I prove her remarriage?Once it is proved what be the next? To prove her remarriage still requires more documents and evidences?Whether she is still obliged to pay maintenance?

If you are an unmarried daughter or a son below eighteen years of age, you can very well claim maintenance from your stepmother. You are not strictly required to prove the remarriage of your stepmother.
