After 3 yrs of marriage if we want to get separated, should we annul

After around 3 yrs of marriage if we want to get separated, should we go for Annulment (certain grounds r there) or for divorce filing.
If both of you are agreed for divorce by mutual consent, then you both must jointly file the petition of divorce by mutual consent, it will be the fastest way. If it is not possible then you may file petition for the annulment of the marriage (if grounds are there as you mentioned) or regular divorce petition. [Answer is based on the assumption that you are a Hindu].
