Adoption of 27yr old boy after having 3 girls can we file case

We have 3 sisters from one Hindu family our parents adopted 27yrs old boy bcoz of our parents have 3 girls & don't have a boy child. They adopted child without our permission. Our all property is my mother named. & we scared that my mother will give all property to him. The adopted boy always give us warning to leave a house. We have objection for that adoption of 27yrs child boy & in future he will take our property. Can you please suggest some legal advice for that how we can fill case against that. Is there any process or any legal law on behalf we can fill case against that matter?

You need to verify the adoption papers to check as it is highly unlikely he has been legally adopted . You can file a complaint with the police if he harasses you or threatens you. He is a 27 year old man and not boy. About property you will have to talk and discuss with your mother, if its in her name.
