About remarriage without divorce first wife

I am a very happy married govt. Servant want to ask u can I marry second time without divorcing my first wife? Actually second lady is my wife's best friend. Unfortunately her husband is no more. And she is having 3years old baby girl. So, in a humanity aspect to provide social security. Is it possible? If my first wife don't have any issue. (on mutual consent) about my second marriage with her best friend.kindly give me suggestion.
