When name of college changes and semesters having diff names

Our college was established in 2013 and the name of college was Techno India Silli which is affiliated in Aicte , after some month the name of college was changed to Government polytechnic silli but, this name is not changed in Aicte portal and certificate of 1st semester issued by State board of technical education jharkhand(SBTE) ...In April 2017 the name of college was changed to Silli Polytechnic (Estd. By govt. Of Jharkhand and run by techno India under ppp mode) which is affiliated in Aicte portal and all the certificates of rest sem. Issued by this name.. what is the solution?
In this case you need not to worry. Due to various circumstances the name of the college can change. Like sometimes due to change in the affiliated university it happens. You will not face any problem due to this change . if anywhere required then you can give an affidavit stating that you college name has been changed
