What to do supplementary agreement not registered

Hi Sir, Recently I bought flat in Bangalore, it is land owner's share, and the land was owned by 4 owners. But as mentioned in supplementary agreement which is not registered, the only one land owner came for registration and registered on my name. But The bank people, while issuing Loan DD they found above problem and DD not handover to land owner. And they said all land owners should sign in my registration document of my flat. Now Bank people telling that they are ok if They give release deed from land owner with other 3 land owners. Please suggest best option .

This is a common problem with many of the flats not only in Bangalore but also in other growing cities. The bank more interested in litigation free transactions and no to venture in risk because the manager who is the responsible officer should answer his boss in case of nay litigation or loss to the bank. Hence better follow the suggestion of the Banker
