What the procedure for court marriage in muslims?

What is the procedure for doing court marriage? We both are muslims.
The court marriage is similar for people of all religions. It is carried out under the Special Marriage Act, and requires a notice period of one month, whereafter your marriage will be executed. Being muslim, you can solemnise your nikah in front of a qazi. Get the nikahnama registered and it would serve the same purpose as mentioned above.
