Hi Am looking to open a beauty saloon which would have all homemade products . What are the legal processess involved
You will need to first apply for registration of your saloon under the Shops and Establishments Act. As far as the products are concerned, if you wish to use them only in your saloon then there are no additional requirements. However, if you would want to sell them, then several laws will need to complied with. Further, you will also need to apply for service tax registration for your business.
