Slight difference in Spelling of my in my employer's record name

My spelling name in my Employer record is slightly different from my SSLC marks card. At the time of joining my company, My name was registered in employer's record as per SSLC marks card but over a period of time, my spelling of my name has been changed and accordingly, all other records ( AADHAR CARD Driving license etc.. ) have been made and it is slightly different from my SSLC marks card. Please suggest whether changing my name to suit to AAdhar card / Bank account / Driving license etc will solve my future problems.
Yes, it may since all the records are with the changed spellings then you can adopt that spelling in order to avoid future complication. If you want an officially documented proof of change of name then you can file an affidavit and thereby get the same published in the newspaper as a public notice and in the official gazette of India.
