Sale deed created instead of agreement for sale what can i do

We have done sale deed instead of agreement for sale and mention that all payment is issued.Now bank is denied for giving loan bcz bank manager told me that yet loan has not been given so how can you created the sale deed and now bank manager is not ready to give loan.Then we have done the rectification deed in front of register but still manager is not ready to give loan.Can you please tell where we gone wrong .We ask bank manager that if we will do cancellation then can you approve the loan but still he said no .So what to do now.Please justify as soon as possible.
As you had approached the bank for loan , you should have executed Agreement for sale and not Sale deed. Once the loan amount is disbursed and the entire payment is paid to the seller , you should have entered Sale deed.
Hence you were wrongly guided for execution of Sale Deed and not Agreement for sale.
