RTI document valid as legal evidence or not?

I have xerox of notice issued by municipality. It does not have sign but has original RTI stamp of RTI.original stamp mentions "mahiticha adhikar". I do not have any otherletter supporting this. Will court have to accept it as legally valid and Authentic document?
As per your query, yes it will be acceptable in the court of law since it has the RTI stamp on it.
