procedure to register an old redevelopment agreement

I have a 17 year old redevelopment agreement which my late father and the redeveloper both did not register at that time. Now I want to register the same Is this possible and what is the procedure to do this ?
Yes you will have to follow the same procedure as in registration of new redevelopment agreement. You will have to provide all the required documents to the office of registrar for registration of the said property.
