Hi sir, I want to change my name forever .my old name is "gupta diwakar kumar surendra kumar" .this name is on all my educational certificate but i want my original name is "gupta diwakar surendra" though affidavit or other legal method .my new name is on all id and address proof already. so it is possible or not
Yes u can change your name legally. You have to approach gazette office in your area. There u can make application for change of name. You will get gazette copy of your change in name. And you can use the same everywhere.
